I represent many types of businesses, but focus mainly on “service businesses” such as Landscaping, HVAC, Transportation, Manufacturing, Distribution, Day Care Centers or Medical & Veterinary Services etc. I help structure Exit Strategies for sellers and find suitable buyer’s that result in a “win win” for all parties.
Specialties: Bringing parties together; assist in structuring deals that are a “win win” for all concerned. Being a CBVI-PM, I can assist with Analysis and Valuation of Businesses to determine Market Readiness (MR) utilizing the BVI Index, which determines the saleability of a business as well as its current and potential value.
